Your 3% of gross = ~30% of our 10% net commission. We genuinely share the upside.
What we pay
3% of gross booking revenue — which is roughly 30% of our net (we keep a 10% commission, you take 3 of those 10 points). Calculated on the speaker fee, not pass-through expenses like travel.
How long
18 months from first introduction. Annual events that take a few months to book still pay out — and if the same organizer books a second event in that window, you earn on that one too.
When we pay
Net 30 after the event concludes and the speaker has been paid. Stripe, PayPal, or wire — your call.
What counts as a referral
A warm intro to an event organizer OR a speaker we end up signing who later drives a booking. Email us a cc'd thread or submit the form below. First-touch wins; we confirm within 1 business day.
Speaker-to-speaker referrals
Speakers on our roster can refer other speakers too. If your referred speaker gets booked, you earn 3% of gross on their gigs for 18 months. Pays to build the bench.
Exclusivity
None. You can refer to other agencies. We just need to be first-touch to attribute.
What we won't do
Pay on already-active pipeline, pay if the deal closes outside the 18-month window, or pay twice on the same booking.
